My first Tiny Travelers Notebook.

Frances G. has a tutorial on how to make one of these notebooks. These are laminated and no holes for the elastic that hold the booklets. I have 3 booklets in this one. I tried to find a closure and decided on the buttons.

KSP by Luisa, suggested to add a clasp so you won't loose your band when you open your booklet.
Also don't forget to "burn" the ends of your elastic, so it won't come unraveled. ( I did mine after I took the pictures).

I added a pocket on the left. On the right is a shaker pocket. On the bottom you can see where I added a new shaker pocket, that I made with the fuse tool.

I also added an acetate cover to my booklet.

Here is the 2 pocket folder I added. ( I just used the clips to hold it open while taking the pictures).

This is the other part of the shaker pocket. I just put a few knick knacks in it.

On the right is a laminated 2 pocket page marker. As you can see on the left, I'm trying to use up my Halloween paper. It's the inside of my second booklet.

This is an altered playing card. These are so fun to make.

Impossible Hexagon, Zentangle and more.

I used the impossible hexagon as my base. It was not too hard to draw. The video for it was easy to follow. You can find the tutorial at: mydrawingtutorials.com
Then I just added zentangle patterns, stamping and part of an old dictionary.

It was quite fun to create, since there is no wrong way to zentangle around it.

Thank You Gable Box.

I used mixed media paper for this project and my gable box die.
I just stamped randomly all over. Then I used blue and green spray. For the blue I just used water and blue food coloring, the green one I bought. The green also has some glitter in it.

The stamps on this side are from Darkroom Door.

Inside I just included some candy.

Mini Travel Art Journal.

I made some of these a couple of years ago, it's from Jenn Of Eve Designs. On this one I just wanted to add my own spin to it. As a closure I chose a puzzle piece with one layer of UTEE and you tie it in the back.

Here's a close-up so you can see the "wet" effect one layer of UTEE makes.

This is the back.

Here's the twist. I added a piece in the front, so you get 3 more pockets. I glued it down on the bottom and on the spines.

Here's the side pocket.

The back pocket.

And the front pocket.

Here is the inside pocket on the left and the booklet.

In the center I added a clear pocket.

On the last page I used a negative strip to hold my mini file folder.

I made a little shaker pocket with some old stamps I found that belonged to my parents.

I used eyelets on my journal and 2 ribbons. I didn't take a picture but on each of my journal pages I put washi tape in the center to make it stronger when you punch your holes.

Once again, these are fun to make, Renate
