Halloween Bag.

I found the tutorial at: buckeye inklings/ note card tote.

Here I used one layer of UTEE on top of the tag. I like the wet effect of it. I didn't add much stuff to the bag since I used Halloween paper. It's a fairly easy project and fun to make. I will put candy and a few inspiration cards in it. Blessings Renate
